On Friday, February 21, we made a special trip to Utah for Dad Burr's 60th birthday. It was a really fun surprise birthday party!
Chocolate cake with white frosting is always a good decision for birthday cake!
On Saturday we all went to the aquarium in Salt Lake. Here are the girls with their cousin, Millie.
I know this picture is blurry, but the kids were being so cute with their cousin, Prahbu.
Greg and Caleb
Emily with her newest cousin, Navy Kay.
The kids had so much fun and of course didn't want to leave. In photo: Greg, Caleb, Leslie, Dad Burr, Abby, Mom Burr, and Emily.
While we were in Utah, we made a quick stop in Provo to see Greg's grandparents. It was a highlight for sure!
At the end of February Leslie had a Preschool field trip at Pojo's.
The kids were the most excited to ride the carousel.
They still had fun, even though most of the rides they didn't quite understand how to play.
It was fun to meet up with my friend Allison. Her kids are in Leslie's class. Here is Leslie and Allison's daughter, Violet.
Allison did the bumper cars with the kids.
Leslie was just barely tall enough to play! It was a fun day!
A few days later Emily was chosen as the Ram of the Week at school. It was her third time!!
The kids like eating lunch with her at school.
At Emily's Activity Days last week, they painted pictures of the temple. I thought Emily's was really good.
She keeps losing more teeth. This morning she said that she has made $8 from the tooth fairy because of all of the teeth she has lost.
Emily Mazel, 7 years old
Leslie Loraine, 5 years old
She is finally 40 inches tall!
Abby and Caleb are cute little friends.
Abby Love, 3 years old
Some mornings are so tiring, but I sure love my boy!
Even if he does make lots of messes all over the house!
Sweet little cuddles make it all worth it!
Here his is being cute at Dad and Mom's house.
He is getting so big!
Caleb Ray, 17 months old
Little boys are a lot of fun!
Until next time!

February Fun
Caleb is almost 17 months old!
He is a pretty messy eater.
He is still cute!
Abby turns 4 in a couple of months.
Sisters make the best friends!
She loves adventure! This picture was taken at the Hyatt Hidden Lakes Reserve, in Boise.
Leslie is a sweet 5-year-old.
She loves playing with her siblings, especially Caleb.
They are special little friends.
Emily is 7 and in 2nd grade. She keeps losing teeth!!
She helps get all of the kids playing together and is a fun older sister to them.
She loves arts and crafts. She painted this for her school's yearbook cover contest.
I got to see my brother Justin a few weeks ago. He lives in Montana, so we don't get to see him too often. It was really fun!
Mom and Caleb finally bonded!
We made sugar cookies for Valentine's Day. This was one of my favorites.
My brother Dillon and his daughter Ruby were in town last weekend. The girls loved playing Barbies with Ruby.
Me and Dillon...can you tell we're related? I'm #6 and he's #10. It's fun to have so many siblings.
Our smiley boy.
He's growing up so fast!
Until next time!

January Highlights
The beginning of this month was crazy with our entire family getting sick over the entire Winter Break. Emily made me this awesome painting to help me remember: "You got this!" Pretty cool family motto, don't you think?
A couple of weeks ago our good friends, the Roses, came by for a visit. We used to be neighbors and would play together all the time. In the year since we moved, they moved to Nevada and had twins!
The next day we went to my Aunt Dana's house for a delicious dinner and to see her puppies.
They were so cute!
Emily loved them!
Last Friday we went to Emily's school for lunch. This is her second time being the Ram of the Week. She's a good girl.
Here is Emily with the principal. She was the Ram of the Week for Library, Music, and P.E.
That afternoon we went to the Swenson's house to play. The kids had a lot of fun dressing up!
Yikes!
On Saturday Dad and Mom Burr came for a visit. Emily is really into art and crafts. She loved watching Mom crochet, and eventually she even tried it!
Caleb actually really warmed up to Dad Burr, this is just his face when Greg started to fly his drone...that got stuck in my hair! Fun times around here!
Leslie had been counting down the days until her birthday for a while and on Sunday she finally turned 5!
She loved having both sets of grandparents here and Malerie, Michael, and Millie!
Opening presents is always a combined effort around here!
Emily read one of Leslie's cards to her.
All covered in wrapping paper.
They love hanging out at Aunt Malerie's house...especially when there is a Cinderella carriage to ride.
Best day ever!
Caleb trying on Emily's boots.
He is getting so big!
16 months old and quite the little cutie!
Until next time!
