This month Leslie got new glasses. She was as excited to get these glasses as she was about Christmas. Our little girl is growing up!
These two get mistaken for twins quite a bit. They are 15 months apart and most of the time, very good friends.
We were a little worried about virtual school for the 3 weeks between Thanksgiving and Christmas break, but the teachers made it super fun for the students. Emily loved doing this Science experiment online with her class.
On their last day of virtual school before the break, Emily wore her Christmas sweater and Leslie had pajama day. They were all smiles!
I got some fun gifts this year from some of my sisters. My sister, Whitney, made me this really cool Christmas ornament.
My sister, Sarah, got us this really nice wall hanging with our last name. Unfortunately it's the same color as our wall, so we'll have to paint it.
My sister, Ashley, got us this cool pop-up nativity.
The Primary got each of our kids one of these bags. They dropped it off just in time for snack time, so we were all very grateful.
The girls drew pictures for their teachers and wrote them letters. I thought Leslie's was pretty cute.
One day Emily spent all day sewing. She made some Barbie clothes out of an old sock. Pretty impressive for an 8-year-old, eh?
We tried to not go crazy on the Christmas goodies this year, so we only made: sugar cookies, peanut butter cups, and white chocolate covered pretzels.
Getting ready to eat Christmas Eve dinner!
Caleb is obsessed with monkeys, so he got a new pillow case and blanket (made by my mom) for Christmas!
Greg got an alto recorder for Christmas, so he has played it a lot the last few days. These kids love to dance while he plays.
The best gift I got this Christmas was a new dining room table. It was a welcome surprise from Greg. We've been married for 10 years and this is our first time buying one. It's so fancy I feel like I can't eat on it!
On December 30th we drove down to the Boise fairgrounds to see their Christmas lights. They were really awesome!
