| On Thursday, May 17 I started having contractions at about 1am. We finally headed to the hospital at 8:30 that morning when the contractions were three minutes apart. This is how I looked right before we left... I was probably having a contraction while the picture was being taken. P.S. The reason there is a 'Happy Birthday' banner in the background is because my birthday was two days before. Our birthdays will be two days apart! |

| At 1:41pm Emily Mazel was born: 7 lbs. 5 oz. and 19.5 inches long. She had a little fluid in her lungs so she was taken to the NICU. Although we were sad she couldn't be in our room, we were so happy when we finally got to hold our baby girl. |

| Rachel and Mom Burr came to visit Emily in the hospital. As you can tell, Emily loves visitors. |

| Emily had to stay in the NICU for almost 48 hours. We finally got to take her home on Saturday, May 19. We dressed her up all cute for her big day. |

| ...And we haven't really stopped dressing her up! It's too fun to have a baby girl. She is so adorable! |

| On Monday, May 21 Dad and Mom Burr came for a visit. |

| On Thursday, May 24 Grandma and Grandpa Burr came for a visit. FYI: Emily is named after Grandpa Burr's mother. |

| It's a little tiring to have a newborn, but we sure love her. |
