On Saturday, January 17 some of our friends threw us a baby shower. There were probably about 30 people there. It was pretty fun and we got a lot of great stuff. We had no idea that two days later...
Our baby girl would arrive 9 days before her due date.
Leslie Loraine Burr was born at 10:43am on Monday, January 19. She was 7lbs. and 13 oz. and 20.5 inches long.
I had planned on getting an epidural for the delivery, but when we got to the hospital I was already at an 8 and it was too late for pain meds.
She was worth it though!

Yay! So glad she's here and so glad she's so cute - definitely worth it! Those bruises from the IV are the worst I've seen - not impressed with your nurses. That baby needs to meet her new favorite cousin Juliet. Miss you little Sis!
