Our Ward Christmas Party was on Friday the 13th this year! We all had a great time though and got to hang out with Santa for the second time this season!
On Wednesday, December 18, Emily had her Christmas Program at school. She sang lots of fun songs.
Naturally, she was the cutest one in the program!
Leslie had her Preschool Christmas Program on the 19th.
She sang every word and wasn't nervous. I was so proud of her!
Here is Leslie's cute Christmas ornament she made at preschool.
On Friday, December 20, I got to see 3/4 of my brothers: Derek, Joel, and Dillon. A rare occurrence! I'm blessed to have some awesome brothers!
I also got to see my nephew Ammon on his golden birthday...he turned 21 on the 21st!
I took these two girls to Kohl's to try on Christmas dresses. It was too cute with the green background and red dresses...definitely picture worthy.
After years of begging, Greg finally took me to see the Nutcracker. It was a much anticipated date and I must say, it did not disappoint!
We had so much fun! It may just have to be a holiday tradition!
My brother Dillon's family came over on Sunday afternoon to hang out with us. Theo is Caleb's age and they were cute little buddies in their matching outfits.
Ruby and Abby are also the same age. They had lots of fun playing princess toys together.
He's still cute, even with a sore nose!
This was the Christmas of sick kids. Emily got sick the Friday before Christmas and we've had at least one sick kid ever since.
On Christmas Eve, Grandpa and Grandma Flake came over for dinner. Even though some of the kids weren't feeling super great, we managed to get some smiles out of them!
Merry Christmas!

It's the Holiday Season
We packed so many fun things into the month of December. We started it off right by seeing the Downtown Caldwell Christmas lights with Malerie, Michael, and Millie.
We dressed the kids in snow pants while we walked around looking at lights. This year there wasn't any complaining about being too cold!

Such a sweet boy.
Emily came home from school one day and said that she wanted to make a reindeer craft. Here's what she came up with. I thought it was pretty good!

We went up to Horseshoe Bend to participate in their community's Christmas Party. The kids got to see Santa and it was pretty exciting. Don't you love the holiday season?

Thanksgiving 2019
This Thanksgiving my sister Bethany's family came to visit from Bountiful, Utah! She has 5 kids and we all had so much fun!
Greg made his delicious pancakes on Thanksgiving morning.
I did a cornucopia craft with the kids before the feast.
Bethany did a snowman craft with them the next day.
Emily helped all of the kids make pilgrim hats and bonnets. They look pretty cute, especially since they're all holding hands.
